Job Description:

Location: Aurora, Illinois

CoWorx Staffing is seeking dedicated Electronic Assemblers to join our team in Aurora, IL!

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for performing assigned mechanical and electromechanical assembly duties according to established processes and procedures while meeting quality, yield, and cycle-time standards. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic mechanical and electromechanical assembly duties on one or more production lines within acceptable cycle time and yield standards.
• Conduct simple automated, stress, and bench testing by following work instructions and direction from the Lead Assembler.
• Successfully perform newly assigned assembly duties within acceptable ramp-up time.
• Learn and apply new assembly tasks through work instructions and guidance from the Lead Assembler.

Maintain consistent dependability and flexibility, including willingness to:

• Work late or start early as needed
• Work Saturday mornings for OT
• Contribute positively to team morale by being upbeat, enthusiastic, and supportive of team and company goals.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to communicate and read/write in English
• Must meet ITAR hiring requirements.

Other Information:

• This position is light duty work.
• You can sit while you work.
• Shift Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm Friday 7am-12p
