Job Title: Machine Operator – Wire EDM
Job Description
This role focuses on setting up, operating, and troubleshooting Wire EDM machines in a production environment. You will run Sodik Wire EDM equipment, interpret blueprints, perform precise measurements, and complete standard machine maintenance while managing multiple machines to meet quality and production goals.

Work Environment
This position is in a climate-controlled production setting where you will primarily work independently while managing your machines and tasks. The role follows a second-shift schedule: Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 12:15 AM, and Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of working a full 8-hour shift on Fridays if mandatory overtime is required. You will work with Sodik Wire EDM machines and standard precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges, in a structured manufacturing environment focused on quality and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
