Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
• Strong experience in customizing and extending SAP S/4HANA modules to meet business requirements.
• In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP systems with other enterprise applications.
• Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software components for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
