Position Overview

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $22.75/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Forest Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery to manufacture metal components according to specifications
Load and unload materials, including tubs, bins, and parts
Perform die changes and machine adjustments as needed to maintain product quality
Inspect parts, verify measurements, and ensure accuracy of production output
Read and scan production paperwork, apply labels, and maintain accurate documentation
Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety procedures
Support continuous production flow by keeping pace with machine cycles and team needs

Qualifications

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the full shift
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Positive attitude and reliable attendance
