Work Environment
The role is based in a production facility focused on assembling and wiring chiller units and advanced refrigeration equipment. The standard schedule consists of four 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., providing a consistent daytime work pattern and three‑day weekends. The work involves hands‑on assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical systems, including handling high‑voltage components and heavy materials, with frequent lifting of up to 75 pounds. Employees work with tools and equipment suited for electrical assembly, including wiring tools and cable handling for sizes ranging from 2 AWG to 4/0 AWG DLO. The environment emphasizes safety, organization, and adherence to engineering specifications and work instructions. Work uniforms are provided, supporting a consistent and professional appearance on the production floor.

Work Environment
This role is based in a modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility featuring industry 4.0 technology and a very clean, organized, and air-conditioned workspace. You work primarily in a paint shop and paint booth environment, using spray guns, respirators, and other personal protective equipment as part of daily operations. The position requires frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing a portable ladder, as well as the ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds. The job demands good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination for precise painting and finishing tasks. You follow established safety protocols, environmental controls, and PPE requirements at all times. The standard schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with voluntary overtime opportunities available depending on production needs.
