• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Workfront Work Management Software.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development.
• Experience in managing and optimizing software performance and scalability.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs within enterprise software environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
