The Sr. Program Manager – FVL Process & Transformation Leader will lead high-impact transformation initiatives supporting Future Vertical Lift (FVL) efforts through process excellence, FLIGHT DECK fundamentals, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven execution. This role is responsible for identifying, designing, and deploying improvements that simplify workflows, improve operating rigor, and deliver measurable business impact across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
This leader will work across program, engineering, digital technology, and functional teams to accelerate process transformation, drive adoption of new ways of working, and establish the training, communication, and governance mechanisms needed to sustain results. The ideal candidate brings strong process acumen, a track record of demonstrated FLIGHT DECK impact, hands-on experience enabling AI and data-driven solutions, and the ability to operate with limited guidance in a highly collaborative environment. This role also carries clear responsibility for training, communication, and measurable impact associated with transformation efforts.
This role is critical to helping Future Vertical Lift teams simplify how work gets done, accelerate adoption of better processes and digital capabilities, and improve business performance through disciplined transformation. Success in this role will be measured not only by ideas generated, but by training completed, adoption achieved, and measurable impact delivered.

The starting base pay range for this position is $146,000.00 - $195,000.00 – USD Annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 8/31/26.
