We're looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland, in an on-site working mode. In this role, you will contribute to building and operating secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions for a highly regulated financial environment. Your expertise will help ensure stability, compliance, and innovation for critical systems, enabling the client to maintain robust, scalable services in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Azure Cloud architectures in production environments ensuring compliance with security and network requirements
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation and delivery, preferably using Azure DevOps
  • Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for cloud components
  • Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters to support business-critical workloads
  • Apply security best practices across cloud and hybrid solutions in line with financial sector regulations
  • Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to deliver robust infrastructure solutions

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in infrastructure or production environments
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud architecture and administration in production, including network and security configurations
  • Proven experience in CI/CD platform setup focused on infrastructure (Azure DevOps preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform for cloud infrastructure provisioning
  • Solid expertise in Kubernetes with CKAD or CKA certification (OpenShift experience is a plus)
  • Background in security for cloud or hybrid solutions; banking industry experience is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and/or French (both is a plus)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and a security-oriented mindset

Nice to have

  • Experience with OpenShift in production environments
  • Familiarity with financial sector compliance standards
