Your Job

Molex is seeking a growth minded Program Manager that is able to work with BDM and Sales team managing opportunities and control schedule to succeed business. They must be versatile, have a growth mindset and proactive engagement with Molex Sales teams and BDM. As well as internally coordinate design engineers, production department, process engineers…etc to drive opportunities successfully and on time.

What You Will Do

  • Closely work with Sales/BDM driving business successfully and on schedule to meet customer’s request
  • Collaborating with Product Managers to identify growth opptys for existing as well as new products & target customers
  • Coordinate internal resources and works with Product Manager to allocate resource on business support
  • Communicate with Sales/BDM team and update project status
  • Building relationships with suppliers and works with Product Manager on cost estimation or make decisions
  • Negotiating deals and securing business that results in mutual benefit for Molex

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 5+ Years in Electronics Industry and project/program management, Optics Preferred
  • Have working experiences in Taiwan Consumer Electronics CMs. For example, Foxconn, Wistron, Quanta, Wiwynn and Pegatron…etc group.
  • Managed or succeed experiences at least 1B NTD annual revenue business.
  • 3+ Years in US Tier-1 network customer projects management, CSP customers preferred
  • English write, listen, speak skill and be able to communicate with foreign Molex team or customers smoothly

  • Identifying & actively manage project on schedule, Committed to achieving goals

The preferred Program Manager will have an understanding of the strategic customers in the Telecom, Datacom and Hyperscale industries and the competitive landscape. They should be able to use this knowledge to manage new business opportunities and communicate effectively

This role will work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing, product development, process engineering and Molex Global Sales team to ensure that business development efforts align with the company's overall goals.
