Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician sets up, installs, adjusts, and maintains a wide range of industrial production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. This role combines hands-on electrical and mechanical work with troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement in a highly automated, clean, and temperature-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, install, adjust, and maintain production equipment including conveyors, automation systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, encoders, motors, and variable frequency drives.
• Perform routine, predictive, and preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Inspect equipment regularly and as needed to verify proper operation, identify wear or failures, and address issues before they impact production.

Essential Skills

• Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including high and low voltage systems and 480 V circuits.
• Proficiency with mechanical systems, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and industrial automation equipment.
• Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics, including setup, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to perform routine, predictive, and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting to identify and resolve control system issues.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience with motors, drives, encoders, and variable frequency drives..

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stroudsburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
