Overview
The Senior Designer - Design is responsible for leading the creative work. We are looking for a creative, innovative Design-based
talent to join our team with focus on brand identities, guidelines and Ai skills. The responsibilities of the Senior Designer - Design include
interpreting client briefs and turning them into creative solutions, delivering high-quality brand design output, working with the
design teams, and troubleshooting design problems.
To be a successful Senior Designer - Design, you should be able to adhere to tight deadlines and manage budget constraints to
deliver a great product and experience. Ultimately, a top-notch design person should have strong communication and analytical
skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the AI teams members to ensure that all designs align with the brand image
- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
- Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement
- Staying up to date with emerging digital and AI trends and culture and using these to add value to the
work
- Articulating and presenting creative ideas/treatments
- Work closely with the insights and strategy team to develop breakthrough, creative ideas and articulate
the ideas in the creative brief
- Coordinate with multi-skilled teams of designers, strategists, researchers, and production specialists
including initial briefings, day-to-day direction, storyboarding, creative review meetings
- Lead creative presentations and orchestrate other team members to present the work
- Monitor and circulate the latest design-related trends information
- Capture and document project case studies
- Contribute proactively to business development efforts, existing client opportunities, proposal writing and
presentations
- Strategic thinker and understanding of branding processes and brand identity design
Qualifications
5+ years of work experience
- Good knowledge of AI tools that can help specifically with designs, and overall knowledge of wider tools that is related to
overall content generation
- Work across asset types (static, video, animation); review existing content and identify how to pivot into “testable” assets
- Comfortable challenging the team and asking the right questions to push work forward
- Strong conceptual, composition, photo art direction and ideation skills – digitally native, understand what works in key digital
platforms, yet able to think about the overall design and voice to break through anywhere
- Well-versed in best practices for various digital social media deliverables – video and display
- Detail-oriented – very diligent about keeping track of and properly naming files and versions based on the quick turn changes
coming out of the daily check ins
- Digital portfolio that showcases a variety professional design projects. The ideal candidate will have digital, social, web, and
motion in addition to familiarity and
- Hands-on experience with creative graphic production design software and image editing software (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop
and Adobe Illustrator, After Effects)
