To perform CFD Analysis for system and component levels using Different Software’s Such as Celsius EC & Reality DC from Cadence, Ansys Icepak, and has exposure in Electronics cooling. Engineer needs to Conduct model checks and/or creating parametric models with available CAD packages and perform the sensitivity analysis independently with limited assistance. He / She should be able to generate the CFD mesh/model and run steady/ transient flow/thermal analysis using different software’s and analyze the simulation results as well as prepare the reports clearly and independently. Utilize the analytical skill set and simulation tools to analyze the fluid flow systems and recommendations for design improvements. He/ She should have knowledge on fan operation and performance curve as well as flow bench / Wind tunnel testing. He/ She should be clear about temperature measurement and handling thermocouple sensors. He/ She need to Participate and support the potential product development opportunities on a global level and provide technical expertise towards design. One must drive the virtual testing and reducing the physical tests, develop and improve of current best practices of the computational methods / Hand Calculations
