The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to play a key role in shaping our Intelligent Dispute Platform (IDP) — a next-generation platform transforming how disputes are managed at global scale.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, and a bias for action to solve complex challenges in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead the design of scalable, cloud-native platforms handling high-volume, mission-critical workloads

Act as a technical authority, guiding architecture and key engineering decisions

Drive engineering excellence across development, testing, security, and reliability

Embed strong development lifecycle discipline (PDLC) to ensure quality and delivery at scale

Apply AI and automation to improve how software is built, tested, and delivered

Partner across teams to solve complex problems and deliver outcomes quickly

Mentoring engineers and raising the bar for technical excellence

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience building large-scale distributed systems

Strong background in microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices

Ability to operate with urgency, make decisions quickly, and adapt to change

Exceptional problem-solving skills — especially in ambiguous, high-pressure situations

Experience influencing across teams and driving technical strategy at scale

Interest or experience in applying AI to software engineering workflows
