Finance Tribe’s mission is to ensure Danske Bank delivers on its financial potential, benefiting customers, colleagues, society, and investors by building a solid bank financially. We make sure this is achieved by efficiently steering Danske Bank’s finances.
We have a variety of initiatives, delivering on our goals to provide fast and accurate financial information to investors, regulators, and internal decision-makers, as well as optimizing the management of financial resources. We are now on a journey to build a new accounting system called SAFIRE used for accurate financial infromation management and reporting. You will be one of the key people helping us achieve this goal.
You will join other .NET developers, IT Architects, DevOps gurus, and Business Analysts - all working in cross-functional squads to deliver leading technology solutions across all financial domains. Since we take a very ambitious approach to what we do, you can count on us to encourage collaboration and sharing of best practices.
You Will :
- Develop, optimise, and support both new and existing systems and applications for Capital Frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with IT architects, developers, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams across the bank.
- Pursue continuous learning and drive improvement for yourself and your team.
- Challenge and enhance existing processes and methodologies.
- Work with custom solutions developed in Python.
- Design, build, and maintain Cloud-Native Infrastructure as Code (IaC) on AWS.
- Leverage tools such as Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
About You :
- Practical experience with public cloud computing, preferably AWS, and its services (e.g. Lambda, Step Functions, S3, Aurora, ECS, EC2, etc.).
- Proficiency in CI/CD processes and tools, ideally with GitHub Actions and YAML.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and tools such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and application observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus and CloudWatch.
- Experience with containerised applications and Docker.
- Knowledge of Python is an advantage.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, with PowerShell or Bash being particularly desirable.
- Experience of using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot) and AI agent frameworks to improve delivery speed and quality, with human oversight and secure coding is an advantage.

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
