Shifts & Pay

  • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday — $19/hr
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday — $20/hr
  • 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday-Thursday - $21/hr
  • Weekend Shift: 2:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Friday–Saturday, 12:00pm-12:30am Sunday — $21/hr

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble Components — Build quick‑release couplings with accuracy and consistency
  • Operate Tools & Equipment — Use hand tools and assembly machinery
  • Inspect Products — Verify functionality and meet quality standards
  • Package completed assemblies for shipment
  • Follow standard work instructions and all safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean workspace using 5S principles
  • Participate in A3 and 3‑Legged 5 Why continuous improvement activities
  • Achieve 90%+ daily attainment
  • Contribute to a positive, safety‑focused team environment

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in production, assembly, general labor, or packaging
  • Ability to operate machines and perform inspections
  • Comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Additional Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
