Valiant is looking for a WARSIM/JCATS Instructor Controller to join our team!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support military training exercises for the Korea Battle Simulation Center.
• Responsible for the Operations, Activities, and Actions for instructing military personnel during WARSIM exercises.
• Coordinate for all aspects of WARSIM Operations, including instructing WARSIM operations for simulation driven events with all stakeholders.
• Responsible for the Operations, Activities, and Actions for instructing military personnel during JCATS exercises.
• Coordinate for all aspects of JCATS Operations, including instructing JCATS operations for simulation driven events with all stakeholders.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active Secret

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have the ability to simulate joint, combined, and coalition military operations at the tactical and operational levels.
• Must be able to train using WARSIM for use in various scenarios.
• The operator must have an operational background to create a realistic environment in which agency staff can operate as they would within a real-world or operational situation using WARSIM.
• Must have proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to perform tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to obtain SOFA status in Korea.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. Passport.
• Must be able to train using JCATS for use in various scenarios.
• The operator must have an operational background to create a realistic environment in which agency staff can operate as they would within a real-world or operational situation using JCATS.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Capable of transporting and lifting 50 pound boxes of documents and equipment. Able to travel unaccompanied to, and work at, distant off-site training locations in OCONUS and CONUS.
