Position Summary
The Department of Neurosurgery is hiring for a Program Coordinator who will coordinate all activities and functions of a program to ensure that goals and objectives specified for the program are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, time limitations, funding limitations or other specifications. Candidates will be evaluated and placed at Level I or Level II based on experience, competencies, and alignment with career ladder criteria.
Level 1— Program Coordinator I
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience and an associate’s degree or equivalent
Salary Range: $46,488.00-$74,381.00
Typical Responsibilities:
Level 2— Program Coordinator II
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience and an associate’s degree or equivalent
Salary Range: $49,275.00-$78,832.00
Typical Responsibilities:
Schedule: M-F. Hybrid after training.
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
