Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. The workday includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and applying a cloud-first and agile approach to address complex business challenges effectively. Continuous engagement in refining system components and ensuring seamless user experiences is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with business goals.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
• Strong experience in developing both frontend and backend components using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Experience with cloud platforms and deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Competence in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing application performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
