Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with operational goals and support seamless business functions. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving requirements are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that the solutions remain relevant and efficient.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within warehouse management systems.
• Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise-level applications to meet business needs.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and working with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical.
• This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
