Position Overview

The Sr. Specialist, Marketing Data Analytics is responsible for supporting the analysis and measurement of marketing performance across multiple channels.

This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and insight generation, enabling marketing teams to make data-driven decisions related to campaigns, investments, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Performance Analysis

  • Analyze marketing campaigns across digital, media, and CRM channels
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, conversion, ROI, and reach
  • Support benchmarking and competitive performance analysis

Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for marketing performance tracking
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources into centralized reporting tools
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems

Insights Generation & Decision Support

  • Translate data into actionable insights to support marketing strategy and campaign optimization
  • Identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and budget allocation

Data Management & Integration

  • Work with data sources such as CRM, digital platforms, and analytics systems
  • Support data aggregation, validation, and quality assurance processes
  • Collaborate with data and technology teams to improve data flows and reporting capabilities

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Digital, Brand, and Operations teams
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and data/analytics teams
  • Support stakeholders with data-driven insights and reporting needs

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
  • Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)

Preferred

  • Experience with SQL or data querying tools
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience in digital marketing analytics (media, social, web)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools
