Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems to support product introductions, process changes, and capacity improvements.
- Develop and maintain process and machinery specifications, ensuring alignment with product requirements, quality standards, and operational needs.
- Support the introduction of new products and process changes, including equipment selection, layout development, and process validation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including manufacturing, product engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to ensure successful process implementation.
- Evaluate existing processes and equipment to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, cost, and safety improvements.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and qualification activities.
- Apply structured problem‑solving methods to address process performance issues and drive sustainable corrective actions.
- Ensure processes comply with applicable internal standards, safety requirements, and quality systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, work instructions, specifications, and change records.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or related discipline).
Experience
- 3–7+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related industrial environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing or implementing manufacturing processes and production equipment.
- Experience developing and maintaining process or machinery specifications.
- Hands‑on experience supporting production environments, including troubleshooting and process optimization.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, process design, and equipment integration.
- Ability to analyze process performance data and translate insights into practical improvements.
- Experience with process documentation, validation, and change management.
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability and production readiness concepts.

$80,000 - $100,000 Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
