Your role and responsibilities

As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their business requirements and designing solutions to meet those requirements. You will leverage your strong understanding of business processes, experience in designing and implementing solutions, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design Client Solutions: Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements, ensuring that solutions align with client business needs and expectations. • Conduct Business Analysis: Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth, providing recommendations for solution development and implementation. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are implemented successfully, meeting client business needs and expectations. • Develop Solution Designs: Develop and maintain solution designs and proposals, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovative solutions. • Lead Junior Team Members: Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, coaching them on solution design best practices and promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Business Process Understanding: Experience with analyzing and understanding business processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth, with the ability to design and propose solutions that meet client business needs. • Solution Design and Implementation: Experience in designing and implementing solutions, with a strong understanding of how to develop and maintain solution designs and proposals that meet client business requirements. • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Experience with staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovative solutions and improve existing ones. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. • Leadership and Guidance: Experience in providing leadership and guidance to junior team members, with the ability to coach them on solution design best practices and promote knowledge sharing and skill development.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Industry Trends Knowledge: Experience with staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovative solutions and improve existing ones. The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
