We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital & MarTech team at Mercer Super. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
MarTech Solutions Manager
The MarTech Solutions Manager is responsible for the strategic management, optimisation, and evolution of the organisation’s marketing technology ecosystem. Reporting to the MarTech Leader, this role ensures the technology, data, platform, and channel capabilities required to deliver personalised, scalable, and compliant customer engagement are available and continuously improved.
Working alongside the Customer Orchestration Manager, Customer Channel Performance Manager, and other members of the MarTech team, the MarTech Solutions Manager acts as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery. The role partners closely with Digital, Technology, Data, and Vendor teams to design and deliver solutions that enable customer journey orchestration, automation, personalisation, and measurement across the customer lifecycle.
