We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join a growing international team. In this role, you ensure that innovative body analysis systems operate flawlessly, supporting users in healthcare, fitness, and research with dependable performance and service.
đź”§ Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on devices both on-site and in the workshop, following high technical standards.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and procedures.
- Provide customer support, assisting with device setup, system integration, and troubleshooting.
- Manage documentation, including maintaining ticketing systems, writing repair reports, and preparing cost estimates.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage parts ordering in collaboration with the team.
- Deliver user training (online and in person) on proper use and basic maintenance of devices.
âś… Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a solution-oriented mindset and is passionate about delivering precise, customer-focused work.
- Holds a technical or IT-related degree (or equivalent experience).
- Has hands-on experience repairing and maintaining technical equipment (experience in medical, fitness, or diagnostic technology is a plus).
- Demonstrates strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Is fluent in French, Dutch and English (mandatory).
- Is comfortable working with Office 365 and ideally has experience with ticketing or CRM systems.
- Holds a valid driver’s license (B) and is willing to travel occasionally.
