Job Summary
Fayetteville Public Works Commission is seeking an Oracle Application Analyst (C2M/CCS) to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise utility applications, including Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) and Customer Care & Billing (CCS). This role ensures reliable system performance while supporting customer service and billing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for Oracle Utilities C2M/CCS applications
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system and application issues
- Configure and maintain application functionality
- Support integrations, APIs, batch processes, and interface monitoring
- Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Assist with upgrades, patches, and change management processes
- Develop and maintain system documentation and knowledgebase materials
- Partner with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Generate reports and support data extraction using queries
- Support customer service, billing, and meter‑to‑cash processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of application support experience
- OR Associate degree + 7 years experience
- OR High school diploma + 11 years experience
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Understanding of SDLC and change management processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Utilities C2M, CCS, or CIS platforms
- Knowledge of utility billing and meter‑to‑cash processes
- Experience with integrations, APIs, or SaaS/cloud applications
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Experience with testing, upgrades, and release management
