Job Summary

Fayetteville Public Works Commission is seeking an Oracle Application Analyst (C2M/CCS) to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise utility applications, including Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) and Customer Care & Billing (CCS). This role ensures reliable system performance while supporting customer service and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day support for Oracle Utilities C2M/CCS applications
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system and application issues
  • Configure and maintain application functionality
  • Support integrations, APIs, batch processes, and interface monitoring
  • Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Assist with upgrades, patches, and change management processes
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and knowledgebase materials
  • Partner with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Generate reports and support data extraction using queries
  • Support customer service, billing, and meter‑to‑cash processes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of application support experience
  • OR Associate degree + 7 years experience
  • OR High school diploma + 11 years experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Understanding of SDLC and change management processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Utilities C2M, CCS, or CIS platforms
  • Knowledge of utility billing and meter‑to‑cash processes
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, or SaaS/cloud applications
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Experience with testing, upgrades, and release management

  • Office‑based role with prolonged computer use
