Float Teacher (Early Childhood Education)

Location: The Learning Experience - Franklin, MA

Pay: $21-$23 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Float Teacher

The Learning Experience - Franklin is seeking a flexible and dependable Float Teacher to support classrooms throughout the center. This role provides assistance across multiple age groups while helping maintain a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teachers in Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms
• Assist with classroom activities, transitions, meals, and supervision
• Maintain a safe and organized learning environment
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC and safety requirements

Qualifications

• Prior childcare or preschool experience preferred
• EEC Teacher Certification preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must meet Massachusetts EEC and background check requirements

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
