Leading the necessary actions in the promotion of future wind and solar plants, in accordance to company guidelines, in order to build, develop, boost and support the portfolio of the solar and wind activity to the successful fulfillment of the business plan.

The employee will autonomously manage the business from the identification of opportunities to contracting with the owners and the support of the communities involved, being a referent with a high knowledge level.

Main responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the renewable energy business plan by identifying and assessing suitable locations for wind, solar and storage projects
  • Support tender participation and coordinate inputs to ensure high-quality, competitive submissions
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory developments and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
  • Proactively identify and evaluate new project opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to detect risks, opportunities, and potential partnerships
  • Build and maintain a strong network of local stakeholders, business introducers and development partners
  • Secure land rights through negotiation with landowners, including lease agreements and easements for generation assets and grid infrastructure
  • Represent the company with local authorities, communities, regulators and other key stakeholders to ensure project acceptance
  • Lead and coordinate permitting processes at local, regional and national levels through to obtaining key development consents
  • Ensure projects are developed in compliance with applicable planning, zoning and environmental regulations
  • Monitor regulatory changes and proactively manage their impact on project development
  • Participate in technical, legal and commercial due diligence for project acquisitions and partnerships
  • Assess project risks, development status and value drivers to support investment decisions
  • Manage projects throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets and internal milestones
  • Provide regular, structured updates on project status, risks and key milestones to senior management and ensure effective communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's / master’s most preferred are studies related to Spatial Planning (architecture or other)
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Team work; Analytical thinking; Well organized; Working under pressure
