Responsibilities

  • Plan and support scalable backend systems and services that align with evolving business needs
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions
  • Facilitate code reviews and reinforce high code quality standards within the team
  • Tune application performance and fix technical issues as they arise
  • Direct the integration of external APIs and third-party services into the platform
  • Maintain and refresh technical documentation for all system features and components
  • Enforce best practices across the software development process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of team workflows and technical skills

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • 1+ year of experience leading and managing development teams
  • Advanced expertise in Python for developing and maintaining applications
  • Solid background in database design, administration, and performance optimization
  • Exposure to AI-driven solution development or experience using Large Language Models (LLM) in software projects
  • Proficiency using Git for version control and collaborative work
  • Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
  • Understanding of configuring and deploying Python web servers
  • Strong knowledge of security principles and applying them to software projects
  • Experience implementing user authentication and authorization systems
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate) spoken and written
