Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay Rate: $19.50+
Schedule/Shift: 12AM-8AM/ 3rd shift
Employment Type: Evaluation to Hire
Summary:
We are hiring candidates for a variety of hands-on manufacturing roles in a fast-paced production environment. This position may involve operating CNC equipment, heat treating processes, material handling, and general machine operation. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking to grow in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment including CNC torch machines, furnaces, forming machines, straightening machines and other automated/manual tools as needed
- Perform heat treating processes such as heating, quenching, tempering, and monitoring material to meet specifications
- Read job schedules, prints, and work instructions to set up jobs, load materials, and ensure proper dimensions and quality
- Move materials using forklifts, cranes, or hoists and maintain proper material identification throughout processing
- Maintain production records, monitor equipment performance, and follow all safety and housekeeping procedures
Qualifications:
- Mechanically inclined with ability to operate or learn various manufacturing equipment
- Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or material handling preferred (minimum 6 months)
- Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
- Experience with forklifts, cranes, or industrial equipment is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active environment
