Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Material Handlers for a fast-paced warehouse operation in Waterloo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with unloading and organizing incoming materials from trucks
- Break down boxes and prepare items for processing
- Apply tags and labels accurately to inventory
- Verify incoming shipments against labels and documentation
- Move materials from pallets to designated storage areas
- Support reach truck operators with staging and workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
- Reach truck or forklift experience is a plus (training provided)
