Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a 1st Shift Blaster for a Dubuque manufacturing company. This role supports production by preparing parts for coating using automated blasting equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Load bins of parts into the blasting machine hopper
• Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation
• Keep parts organized and separated by job to avoid mix-ups
• Follow job specifications and production guidelines carefully
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate a forklift to move materials as needed

Qualifications:

• Forklift experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple jobs
• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
