We are currently looking for a Senior Computer Systems Engineer to join our team in Holland, MI.
The Senior Computer Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, operating, and evolving Haworth’s identity architecture across both on-premises Active Directory and cloud-based Entra environments, ensuring secure and seamless end user access to the tools and resources they rely on daily. This role drives a Zero Trust approach where identity serves as the primary control plane governing access to applications, infrastructure, and network resources, defining both what users can access and how that access is granted. As a technical expert in IT infrastructure, the engineer leads complex projects, resolves advanced issues, and mentors team members while maintaining the stability and performance of critical identity systems. This position offers a strategic opportunity to shape and advance Haworth’s global identity vision and roadmap. The ideal candidate brings mid-career to senior-level experience with deep expertise in hybrid identity management, bridging traditional on-prem solutions with modern cloud capabilities.
