Description

GlobalLogic is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software & Systems Analyst with a strong background in cloud technologies, software architecture, API interaction, and system monitoring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with various tools and technologies such as REST APIs, SQL databases, cloud platforms, and monitoring/logging systems, with familiarity with SIEM/SOAR platforms being highly desirable for technical

support roles.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of experience working with cloud computing concepts and architectures.
  • Proficient in testing and interacting with REST APIs using tools such as Postman, cURL, Swagger, and browser developer tools, with the ability to read and analyze code written in Python or C#.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native monitoring and alerting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical information in a clear and simplified manner.
  • Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
  • Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
  • Must be ready to join immediately

Job responsibilities

  • Analyze, test, and interact with REST APIs using tools such as Postman, Swagger, cURL, and Chrome DevTools.
  • Read and interpret application source code (primarily Python or C#) to support debugging and feature analysis.
  • Perform database queries and data analysis using SQL and work with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
  • Utilize cloud platform services to understand system behavior and identify issues or inefficiencies.
  • Leverage monitoring and logging tools to diagnose performance issues and ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to support system operations and incident response.
  • Assist in the integration and use of SIEM/SOAR systems for enhanced security operations.
