Your Tasks
- Value Creation: Identify and prioritize growth drivers by category and customer using RGM insights.
- Customer Partnership: Develop strong, ongoing relationships with customer category teams; create mutually beneficial proposals across assortment, shelf, price/pack, and promotions.
- Commercial Execution: Partner with Sales to drive execution excellence; monitor promotional performance; manage MSL, planograms (Spaceman), and share of shelf.
- Sell-in: Lead sell-in presentations and compelling narratives for NPD and relaunches; define, track, and deliver against launch KPIs.
- JBP & Strategy: Shape a three-year category vision; build annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with Tier A customers and support planning for Tier B/C.
- Assortment & VAS: Own MSL and core assortment governance; lead the end-to-end delivery of the annual promotional pack (Value Added Service) plan.
- Insights: Analyse competitor activity and shopper data (e.g., Nielsen, SAP) to inform actions on assortment, space, and price-pack architecture.
- Reporting: Deliver category reviews and performance scorecards; contribute inputs to S&OP; document and share playbooks and best practices.
Your Profile
- 5–8 years commercial experience in FMCG; RGM or Category Management background
- University degree (VII-1);
- Advanced spoken & written English
- Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP, Power BI, Spaceman desirable
- Advanced presentation skills; strong analytical thinking
- Growth mindset, curiosity, prioritization, and partnership-building
