Your role and responsibilities
The User Experience Platform (UXP) team builds the foundational frontend layer of Confluent Cloud — the shared component templates, cross-cutting user experiences, performant APIs, and patterns that product teams rely on to ship quickly and consistently.
What makes UXP unique is that the team works across the frontend-backend boundary. The core of the work for this role is frontend engineering, with opportunities to collaborate on APIs, platform patterns, and the systems that power Confluent Cloud behind the scenes.

The salary range for the position is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate salary within this range may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience for this position.
