Hourly Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Frequency: Weekly Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire Location: Stanchfield, MN

Key Responsibilities

Operate industrial saws to cut metal materials to specified lengths and tolerances
Read and interpret production orders, cut lists, and basic shop drawings
Handle and stage raw materials, including loading/unloading stock
Use measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and micrometers to verify accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures

Qualifications

Previous experience in saw operation, material handling, or manufacturing preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for the full shift
Comfortable using measuring tools and performing basic math
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
