Job Summary:
The Project Analyst will provide onsite analytical, coordination, and execution support to the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX. This role supports Army partnership programs, asset management initiatives, and IMCOM operational activities by delivering high-quality project documentation, research, stakeholder engagement, and meeting support.
The Project Analyst will provide direct support to IMCOM headquarters personnel, the Project Manager, Facilitation Team, and installation stakeholders to ensure projects are well-organized, on schedule, and aligned with Army and federal requirements. Responsibilities include supporting the planning and execution of partnership development projects, maintaining organized project records, facilitating meetings and workshops, preparing reports and deliverables, and tracking project progress throughout the lifecycle.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week onsite at Fort Sam Houston, with two days remote.

Compensation:
The expected base salary range for this role is $62,500-$70,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
