We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive complex,
cross-functional programs across the Sales & Licensing technology portfolio. In this
role, you will partner closely with engineering, product, business, legal, and finance
stakeholders to deliver programs that accelerate deal velocity, improve content
distribution efficiency, and scale our monetization capabilities.
You will own end-to-end program delivery for initiatives spanning platform integrations,
agentic AI automation, API modernization, and multi-team migration programs — operating
with a high degree of autonomy and leading through ambiguity at scale.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Licensing technology portfolio, from requirements definition through
production launch and post-launch measurement.
drive weekly program reviews and executive status reporting (WBR, QBR, MBR).
and coordinate across 5+ concurrent workstreams spanning multiple time zones.
Finance, Legal, and Distribution Operations — on requirements, trade-offs, and
delivery commitments.
cadences, decision logs, RACI matrices, and DRI accountability mechanisms.
including tooling improvements, runbooks, and automation of manual reporting workflows.
investment ask documentation, and program-level cost-benefit analysis.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
