Summary:

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves evaluating and implementing cloud-native solutions that enhance the efficiency and scalability of application development. This role requires making informed decisions on selecting the most suitable cloud tools and technologies to meet project requirements. The engineer collaborates with various teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud services, continuously optimizing the platform to support evolving business needs. The position demands a proactive approach to managing cloud environments and driving innovation within the cloud infrastructure landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new cloud-native technologies to improve development workflows.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of cloud platform strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Python (Programming Language), Node.js.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and deployment models.
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools to streamline cloud operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within cloud environments.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud platforms.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
