What will your responsibilities be?

• Lead complex technological projects, including budget, timelines, and stakeholder management
• Drive business development and identify new growth opportunities
• Develop strategic partnerships with customers and collaborators
• Work closely with R&D, engineering, regulatory, and commercial teams
• Support proposals, tenders, and commercialization activities

What are we looking for?

• B.Sc. or higher in Chemistry (M.Sc./Ph.D. advantage)
• Proven experience in business development and/or leading technological projects
• Strong commercial mindset combined with scientific understanding
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English and Hebrew
