Summary:

As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, documenting technical designs and specifications is a key part of the daily routine. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, ensuring they remain current and engaging for users. Collaboration with other teams to align web functionalities with overall project goals is also an essential aspect of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize web application performance and user experience.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of web application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Understanding of database management and query optimization.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Indore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
