Team supports all facets of the Actimize vendor platform including:

• Database management
• Operating systems
• Optimization
• Supporting software integrations

Current Initiatives

• Migration to new Elasticsearch platform
• Actimize software upgrade
• Acquisition-related fraud technology integration

Key Responsibilities

• Data Modeling
• Cassandra Cluster Management
• Performance Tuning
• Backup & Recovery
• Operations & Troubleshooting
• Actimize software upgrades
• Researching and resolving defects
• Managing data feeds integrations
• Applying SSH keys to Linux systems
• Sprint-based development tasks
• Incident research & query assistance

Required Experience

• 6–8 years of experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Experience with troubleshooting and system changes
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (Manager open to experience in lieu of degree)
