Business Development Representative - Employee Benefits
We are seeking a motivated professional to generate new employer group opportunities and provide ongoing support to clients utilizing an employee benefits platform.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect employer groups through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Schedule appointments for brokers and maintain CRM records
- Assist employers with benefits enrollment, policy updates, and service inquiries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of in sales in the insurance or employee benefits industry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with outbound sales activity and client support
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Must have OR obtain Health & Life Insurance licenses within 60 days (company support provided)
