We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a proven track record in building high quality and scalable solutions working with Java.

As an experienced software engineer, you will be at the core of designing and developing cloud-native systems, leveraging technical freedom and best-in-class engineering practices to deliver innovative and reliable solutions. Our team

The Customer Engagement Individuals tribe exists with the customer at the centre of everything. The tribe has ownership of key customer facing systems spanning across Danske Bank’s channels and capabilities.

The area of the tribe you would step into, orchestrates just about everything that has to do with meetings – meaning, we work in a complex technical landscape that demands us to optimise, improve and reduce complexity constantly. But this is also why it is an exciting place to be.

The tribe in full, is composed of 13 Squads working across 7 locations (Aarhus, Copenhagen, Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Vilnius and Bangalore). As this is an area of central importance to our Forward ´28 strategy you will work with best on market solutions and tools. We are in motion of implementing Chatbot based on Microsoft CoPilot Studio, a CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics Sales 365 as well as Data and AI in general are critical elements of our daily work and future.

You will:

About you:

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who has a passion for technology and a drive to grow professionally. Key qualifications include:

• 5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST, JUnit and RabbitMQ
• Solid experience working with SQL databases
• Extensive experience in building, maintaining and integrating to and from APIs
• Experience building cloud-native solutions and working with cloud infrastructure - ideally in an AWS setting
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools (Azure DevOps experience is advantageous)
• Ability to suggest and share technical solutions openly within the team
• Code quality is important to you and PRs are a natural part of git-ing good and delivering in a structured manner
• A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Working agile comes naturally
• Strong English skills, written and spoken

It is a plus – not a requirement – if you also experience with Kotlin.

Monthly salary range from 4960 EUR to 7440 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
