Overview

We’re looking for a DevOps Expert to lead the design and execution of our AI-integrated, fully automated, delivery pipeline and greenfield (AWS cloud) platforms. This role is perfect for someone who can architect scalable CI/CD, automate everything, and bring the best of modern tooling. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who loves automating complexity, enabling developer speed, and creating a frictionless engineering experience across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and model what great looks like for less experienced engineers
• Build and maintain zero-touch pipelines from feature branch to production
• Lead the integration of AI-enhanced workflows: LLMs, GPT, Claude, AI test bots, observability assistants
• Own CI/CD orchestration using LaunchDarkly, CircleCI, SAM
• Automate deployments across on AWS infrastructure using Terraform, CircleCI, GitHub Actions
• Integrate advanced observability DataDog
• Implement enterprise-safe, open-source CI/CD tools for scalability and compliance
• Support self-healing environments and ephemeral test environments at scale

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience with CI/CD design, automation, and pipeline architecture
• Proven success implementing AI-integrated DevOps workflows
• Track record of delivering self-healing, zero-downtime platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise-safe open-source tooling
• Bonus: Passion for observability, platform scalability, and empowering dev teams
