Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector – 1st Shift

Location: Sparta, TN

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime on Friday, Saturday, and possible Sunday as needed)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused individual to join our team as a QA Inspector on 1st shift. This position is responsible for inspecting and verifying products to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products for defects and compliance with specifications
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate quality issues to production and management teams
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions when defects are found
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures at all times
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Qualifications:

• Previous quality assurance or inspection experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
