Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) powers Amazon’s global fulfillment network by designing and building the software, hardware and processes that enable our customers to get what they want, when they want it. We put innovation into action, working alongside our employees in the FCs to move billions of customer orders through our Fulfillment Centers globally. As part of this vision, AFT Quality's Perceptive Fulfillment Foundations division builds, deploys, and maintains several CV systems like Omniscan, AFEX3, CVAP, Metis, Thea, VBI, and IDT. The deployment scale of these systems is in the order of a few hundred every year. These systems provide several PB of data from various FCs worldwide. This data is critical to generate foundational insights that facilitate downstream business specific decision making of fulfillment operations for various process paths across FTR. PF2 is responsible for software deployment and maintenance support of these systems globally across NA, EU, and FE.
We are seeking a Software Support Engineer. This role will use their technical skills to provide high quality support for various PF2 computer vision systems and maintain their software and its uptime across sites world wide. The role will support over 5+ vision and measurement systems including new systems going to GA. The SE will troubleshoot and solve problems that do not have defined SOPs. They will create SOPs and processes where needed and work closely with various stakeholders including RME, ACES, RDPI, TD-SI among others.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
