This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, and collaboration with global teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. How you'll make an impact

As a Senior Technical Lead, you’ll lead and mentor a high-performing development team while designing and delivering scalable web applications. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the UK and US to translate business needs into impactful digital solutions. Your expertise will drive innovation across CMS platforms and .NET-based applications, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Design and build responsive web applications using .NET Core, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React/Angular.
• Work with CMS platforms such as Sitecore and Umbraco to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Champion Agile methodologies, leading sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Manage security-related technical backlogs and ensure compliance with global security standards.

About you

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Experience in a Lead Developer or Senior Developer role.
• Expertise in full-stack web development and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Sitecore, Umbraco, or SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Agile practices, security standards, and coding best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in multicultural or offshore environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in insurance or financial services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, and usability testing.
• Exposure to design systems and AI development tools.
