The Opportunity

Allegro is seeking an experienced Kinaxis Solution Architect to lead supply chain planning and Maestro solution strategy. This role will design, configure, and deploy end-to-end supply chain planning solutions using the Kinaxis Maestro platform. They will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, leading the Allegro Supply Chain team to build scalable models for demand, supply, and S&OP, while integrating with Oracle ERP.

What You Will Do

Reporting into the Supply Chain business team, this role will oversee end-to-end Kinaxis solutions including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management and Capacity Planning. They will design and implement Kinaxis Maestro solutions to drive user adoption while ensuring system reliability and sustainability for the Global Supply Chain Planning organization. Act as the primary point of contact for all Kinaxis Maestro authorship, configuration, data mapping, automation, and performance improvement for all aspects of Planning.

• Solution Design & Architecture: Translate complex supply chain requirements into technical blueprints, ensuring scalability and peak system performance.
• System Configuration: Configure key Kinaxis modules, including worksheets, dashboards, alerts, and scenario-planning models.
• Data Integration: Architect seamless data flows, APIs, and ETL pipelines to sync data between Kinaxis and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Sustainability: Configure and optimize supply chain planning workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues. Develop, enhance, and maintain Kinaxis resources, ensuring seamless integration into the existing supply chain planning ecosystem
• Leadership: Lead business workshops, guide functional teams through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide architectural governance.

What You Will Need

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kinaxis configuration, solution design, integration, and business process optimization.

• 5+ years of deep, hands-on knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse and the Maestro AI platform. Experience as a Solution Architect in supply chain planning projects.
• 5+ years of experience with integrations and data modeling, preferably with ERP system like SAP or Oracle and other business tools like SalesForce.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes (Demand/Supply planning, Inventory optimization, Capacity Planning and S&OP). Prior semiconductor experience a plus.
• Proficiency in data modeling, APIs, ETL processes, and ERP synchronization.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive stakeholders. Ability to work across a global organization, balancing multiple time zones.
• Kinaxis Author-level certification is a plus.
