At Apple, we work every day to create products that enrich people's lives. Our Advertising Platforms group makes it possible for developers of all sizes — from independent app studios to large global brands — to grow their businesses through Apple Ads. We believe that when advertising is done right, it benefits everyone: users discover apps they love, developers build sustainable businesses, and Apple advances its mission while protecting user privacy. The Ads Engineering Project Management team is looking for a senior Engineering Program Manager who can independently manage complex programs, adapt across contexts and drive outcomes. As part of the EPM team, you will own delivery responsibilities on programs that span across the Ads Client Engineering organization and its cross-functional partner teams, delivering high-quality client experiences on Apple platforms, while at the same time adhering to the highest levels of privacy and security that Apple holds. You will be responsible for working through project dependencies and risks, and delivering measurable outcomes against timelines in a dynamic, high priority environment. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with engineers and architects to define, refine, and/or refactor approaches, designs, and architectures, and apply relevant prior experiences to address new and exciting challenges that face the organization in the future. You will also partner cross-functionally with other EPMs, engineering teams, product managers, and business operations to drive projects to successful completion.
